Refund policy

Bracelets, Anklets, and Necklaces

Bracelets, anklets, and necklaces are eligible for refunds within 21 days of item receipt (refund window), as determined by your package's delivery date. Only items that are in new and unused conditions in original packaging will receive a refund. All bracelets, anklets, and necklaces are subject to a $10 restocking fee (per item). Acceptable refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, upon receipt and inspection of item.

Resizing services for your Brync bracelets, anklets, and necklaces can be performed for a $10 fee per item during the refund window. Due to Covid-19, as we continue to work safely, there will be a significant delay in the return shipment of resized products.

If you need to return or resize a purchase, send us an email at info@wearebrync.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (with shipping tracking services) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shirts

Shirts are eligible for refunds (store credit only) within 8 days of item receipt, as determined by your package's delivery date. Only shirts that are in new and unused conditions in original packaging will receive a refund. Shirts that have been worn, washed, contains oils and fragrances, deodorants, or other stains can not be returned. Acceptable refunds will be provided in the form of Brync store credit, upon receipt and inspection of item.
